1.1. User Identification Information: TallTale collects and stores user ids (Microsoft, Google) which directly identifies you. This information is stored until the account is deleted or a given service is de-authorized.
1.2. Access Tokens: Access and refresh tokens are collected and stored until their expiration or until the account is deleted. These tokens give full access to the accounts you've authorized.
1.3. Email Address: Your email address is collected for service notifications and is stored until your account is deleted.
1.4. Notion DB id: Your Notion DB id is stored until your account is deleted. Technically, this id could be used to identify you, but it is extremely difficult.
1.5. Metadata: We store metadata, including Google Drive and OneDrive webhook ids and Notion page ids for notes, which are deleted when your account is deleted.
1.6. Service Logs: We keep 3-days of service logs, which sometimes include your user_id. All logs are deleted on a rolling basis after 3 days.
2.1. Voice Note Files: The operation of TallTale allows potential access to your voice note files stored for TallTale and all other files you have in the cloud services you've authorized TallTale to access.
2.2. Transcriptions: I could potentially access the full text of the transcription of your voice note while the note is being processed.
2.3. Notion Page Content: The entire text of the Notion page that a processed note produces (including suggestions and summary) could be accessed when the note is being processed.
The operation of TallTale allows potential access to your voice note files stored for TallTale and all other files you have in the cloud services you've authorized TallTale to access.
We collect statistics that cannot be linked to you personally, like the total number of notes processed, total number of users, total number of users by cloud service, total duration of all voice notes processed, and recommended reading from all processed notes.
When you delete your account, all information about you is immediately, permanently, and irreversibly deleted from TallTale, including all records about your notes and your tokens. Service logs related to you may persist for up to three full days. Log records in third-party systems related to you may remain in their systems indefinitely. Your information will remain in TallTale backup database until it's overwritten during the next backup (normally, within 24 hours).
In the event of a legal subpoena by the US authorities, I will immediately comply and hand over all the information I have about you. If I'm prohibited from disclosing the existence of such request or subpoena, I will comply and not notify you about it.
